Who is responsible
Justine Shira, doing business as Bowl of Cherries Wellbeing, is responsible for the client information described here. Contact Justine using the email address below with questions about your information.
When you contact us or book a session
When you request a consultation or book a session, the website collects the contact and scheduling details you provide. These details are used to arrange your appointment and send related confirmations, reminders and calendar invitations.
When you become a client
The new-client pages ask for your name, contact details, home address and an emergency contact. Your address and emergency contact are collected for safety, so help can be sent to you and someone you trust can be reached in an emergency during a session.
The website keeps the documents you agree to, their versions, your typed signature and signing date as a record of your agreement. Your information is never sold and is not used for marketing.
Confidentiality
The coaching relationship and your records are kept private and confidential, subject to the exceptions described in your Confidentiality & Your Information agreement. These include disclosures for safety, emergencies, legal process or the protection of legal rights.
The Well-being Inventory
For coaching clients, the Well-being Inventory is administered by Wellcoaches/Alchemer on their own systems. Your results reach Justine when you forward them to her. Those services have their own information-handling practices.
Website sessions and service providers
The website uses a session cookie to support owner sign-in and the new-client signing and booking process. Connection information, including IP addresses, is used by the website’s login and booking abuse controls. Hosting providers may also process connection information in their service or security logs.
The website is privately maintained by an independent site operator. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. Confirmations, calendar invitations and copies of signed documents travel by email.
How long information is kept
Signed agreements are kept as legal records of what was agreed. As stated in the current client agreement, emergency information is reconfirmed annually and removed when it is no longer needed. Contact Justine with questions about a particular record.
Your choices
You may review, correct or update your information through Justine. You can choose not to submit information through the website and contact her to discuss your questions before signing.
